The implementation of a product configuration system is always an important strategic management decision. Phase 1: Feasibility and profitability analysis
Before creating a product configurator we will analyse your products in terms of suitability for a transfer to a configuration software system. During this process, the focus will be on the technical feasibility of the project. In addition, we will make a profitability check to ensure your investment security and assess the economical benefit potentials and risks associated with the implementation of a PDM system and its later operation in your enterprise.

Phase 2: Collection and preparation of facts and knowledge
The product knowledge which is present in your enterprise will be collected and used as a basis for configurations – optimally adapted to your enterprise and your products. The precision and correctness of our knowledge acquisition is a decisive factor for the success of the system implementation. In addition, we will create further interfaces with data-creating and data-gathering systems at your company. These are, in particular, CAD, PDM and PPS/ERP systems as well as calculation programs and Microsoft Office applications.
Phase 3: Permanent adaptation and enhancement
During this phase we will provide support in the extension and adaptation of your product configuration system according to new and/or changing customer requirements. Your employees are enabled to maintain the created knowledge basis themselves, without any programming efforts.
After roll-out
Even after roll-out, we will provide further support during the application and optimisation phase.
